After your first visit, you’re welcome to continue with my Classic Brazilian or upgrade to the full Elysium Brazilian experience.

Before Your Appointment

    • Discontinue use of Retinols, Tretinoin + Prescription Treatments

    • Gently Exfoliate the brow area to rid area of dry skin

    • Makeup is okay, but brow area will be wiped away before service

    • Please read salon policies below

    Ready for shape-shifting magic? Book your visit below

    • Stop shaving at least 2-3 weeks prior to your wax. Your hair must be the length of a short grain of rice.

    • Exfoliate 24-48 hours before your appointment

    • Wear loose fitting, breathable cotton clothing and cotton underwear to prevent friction and irritation

    • Skip caffeine and alcohol the day of your appointment

    • Consider taking ibuprofen 30 minutes before your session to reduce discomfort

Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.

    Because appointments are reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred when rescheduling in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is cancelled outright or rescheduled outside of the allowed window.

    • All reschedules must be booked within 2 weeks of the original date. Your deposit will transfer one time only—any additional reschedules for the same appointment will require a new deposit.

    • Reschedules less than 48 hours = Forfeit of Deposit and a new deposit will be needed to reserve a new appointment

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment.

    • No-shows/same-day cancellations = 100% charge

    • Outright Cancelling (rather than rescheduling) = Forfeit of Deposit

    • Cancellations of services made the same day—whether full or part of a service—will still be charged for the full time reserved

  • There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients

    • After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, depending on timing.

    • If lateness requires us to shorten or drop part of your service, you’ll still be responsible for the full time you reserved on my schedule.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late and I can no longer accommodate you, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation. A full cancellation fee will apply.

    • Clients with repeated tardiness will be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

Wednesday: 10 am - 2 pm

Friday + Saturday: 9 am - 2 pm
